She has held senior leadership roles and advised organizations across philanthropy, nonprofits, cultural institutions, education, criminal justice reform, and community-based advocacy.

Lizan Highland
Founder & Senior Consultant
Lizan Highland is a People & Culture executive, organizational strategist, coach, and facilitator with more than 15 years of experience helping mission-driven organizations strengthen their people, leadership, and operations.
Throughout her career, Lizan has led People & Culture functions, advised executives, developed HR and performance systems, guided organizations through change, and designed leadership and team-development experiences. Her work spans philanthropy, nonprofits, cultural institutions, education, criminal justice reform, and community-based advocacy.
Lizan is also an adjunct professor who teaches organizational behavior, leadership, and human resources strategy. She brings strategic insight, practical experience, and a people-centered approach to every engagement.
